    Role Overview:

    In your role as a Account Manager, often referred to as a "Farmer", you will be instrumental in driving our growth and expansion. Your mission will be to identify, qualify, and secure deals with potential clients, focusing on large travel agencies, OTAs, tour operators, airlines, banks, and major point redemption companies.

    You will be offering data-driven, proven solutions that are already enhancing the revenue streams of our existing partners.

    As a high-performing team player at Nuitée, you will be key to our exponential growth, bringing exceptional value to new clients and contributing to our vision of reshaping the travel technology landscape.

    Key Responsibilities

    Revenue Growth & New Business

  • Surpass growth targets by driving new customer discussions in targeted accounts and fostering revenue through strategic new customer acquisition.

  • Portfolio Management

  • Manage and expand a joint portfolio of hotels.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel revenue managers, GMs, and cluster teams.

  • Conduct regular business reviews and provide actionable, insight-driven recommendations.

  • Performance Growth & Revenue Optimization

  • Optimize availability, pricing, parity, room mix, and conversion levels.

  • Leverage Nuitee's Yielding & Transaction dashboards daily to identify gaps, trends, and opportunities.

  • Deploy promotions, manage restrictions, and refine rate strategies based on data insights.

  • Onboarding & Activation

  • Take ownership of hotel onboarding after contracts are closed by Hunters.

  • Coordinate with Connectivity partners (DerbySoft, Apaleo, HNS, RoomCloud, etc.).

  • Validate mapping, inventory setup, test bookings, and readiness for go-live.

  • Ensure hotels are connected to all relevant B2B and fintech demand partners.

  • Commercial Strategy & Account Planning

  • Develop quarterly account plans for top-performing properties.

  • Segment portfolio by opportunity, leakage, margin, and potential using clear metrics.

  • Identify TPS-only hotels and convert them to DC wherever possible.

  • Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with Hunters, Connectivity, Market Support, and Analytics teams.

  • Quickly escalate mapping issues, rate discrepancies, or technical blockers, supported by data.

  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Revenue (TTV) growth 

  • Margin uplift (DC margin % vs TPS)

  • DC Share

  • Activation speed (contract → production)

  • Availability, parity, and competitiveness

  • Hotel engagement and action completion

  • Our Ideal Candidate:

  • BS/MS degree in Business Administration or a relevant field. A blend of education and experience that equips you for the challenges of a dynamic sales environment.

  • Demonstrable success as a sales representative or sales manager, with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding targets, especially in the travel, hospitality, or travel tech industries.

  • A dedication to ongoing professional development through workshops, seminars, and conferences, accompanied by an eagerness to stay ahead of industry trends and technologies.

  • Exceptional communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence credibly and effectively at all organizational levels. Aptitude for building solid relationships both within and outside the company.

  • Proven competence in driving the sales process from planning to closure, utilizing strategic thinking and innovative approaches.

  • Strong business acumen with deep insights into the travel tech industry. Understanding of key market drivers and the ability to leverage Nuitée's products, including LiteAPI, Core API, White Label, Hub API Connector, and Cupid, to achieve sales objectives.

  • Established professional network within the travel and hospitality industry or ability to develop one rapidly, using this network to uncover new opportunities for Nuitée.

  • Ability to work autonomously while effectively collaborating within a team-oriented environment. Skilled at aligning team efforts with company goals.
