    คำอธิบาย
    -ศึกษาตลาด เพื่อคาดการณ์แนวโน้มการเปลี่ยนแปลงในอนาคตทั้งเรื่องความ ต้องการของลูกค้า ยอดขาย กําไร และกําลังคนที่เปลี่ยนไป -วิเคราะห์สถานการณ์ และผลการดําเนินงานในปัจจุบันทั้งด้านยอดขายกําไรและต้นทุนเพื่อดูว่าแต่ละร้านควรได้รับการปรับปรุงพัฒนาเรื่องใดบ้าง -ตั้งเป้าหมายร่วมกันกับRegion Coach ทั้งเป้าหมายระยะยาว เช่น กําลังคน การสร้างคน การวางระบบการทํางานที่เข้มแข็ง และเป้าหมายระยะสั้น เช่น ยอดขาย มาตรฐานต่างๆ เป็นต้น -วางแผนกําลังคนในเขตพื้นที่ที่รับผิดชอบ บริหารจัดการและเตรียมกําลังคน สําหรับร้านที่มีการปรับปรุง/เปิดใหม่ -วางแผนการปฏิบัติงาน(Action Plan) ของเขตที่รับผิดชอบอย่างชัดเจนและ สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายระยะสั้นและระยะยาวเพื่อสนับสนุนการเติบโตอย่างยั่งยืน โดยใช้แคมเปญทางการตลาดและเครื่องมือต่างๆให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุด -สื่อสารวิสัยทัศน์ เป้าหมาย และกลยุทธ์การดําเนินงานของเขตอย่างชัดเจนเข้าใจง่าย รวมทั้งรับฟังข้อคิดเห็น ข้อเสนอแนะจาก RGM เพื่อสร้างการมีส่วนร่วม และบรรยากาศการทํางานแบบ Teamwork -ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าทุกร้านปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานต่างๆอย่างถูกต้องเคร่งครัดเช่น มาตรฐานความปลอดภัย สุขลักษณะความสะอาด Food Safety ฯลฯ โดยการAudit ร้านอย่างสม่ําเสมอ -สามารถให้คําแนะนํากับ RGM ในการแก้ไขปัญหาได้อย่างทันท่วงที -ฝึกอบรมและสอนงานทีมผู้จัดการร้านในหัวข้อที่ได้รับมอบหมาย วางแผนการพัฒนาผู้สืบทอดตําแหน่ง(Bench Plan)อย่างชัดเจน และปฏิบัติตาม แผนอย่างเคร่งครัด -วางแผนการเก็บรักษาคนเก่ง ได้อย่างมีความสุข และสร้างผลงานอย่างต่อเนื่อง -เป็นผู้นําในการสร้างวัฒนธรรมการทํางานร่วมกันแบบทีมเวิร์ค และสร้าง บรรยากาศในการทํางานที่เน้นการมีผลการปฏิบัติงานที่ยอดเยี่ยม(High Performance Culture) และชื่นชมเมื่อทีมงานปฏิบัติงานได้ดี
