- Implementation an operational strategy within the manufacturing to ensure safe, sustainable, and efficient operations with consistent quality and production flexibility.
- Lead global continuous improvement activities, including developing improvement plans and monitoring progress.
- Conduct detailed OEE performance analyses to identify and eliminate bottlenecks and non-value-added activities.
- Provide data-driven insights for capacity roadmap development aligned with the company's long-term vision.
- Collaborate with the global SHE organisation to ensure excellence and continuous improvement in environment, health, and safety.
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations and maintain asset integrity and availability.
- Facilitate effective communication within the team and across locations. The Successful Applicant
- Strong background in Engineering, Science or any other related field
- Minimum 7-10 years in manufacturing production and site management, with a knowledge in LEAN principles and implementation.
- Experience in project management and strong communication and influencing skills across global teams are required.
